A Constituição
" A Constituição define a organização do Estado e como será o relacionamento entre esse e a nação.
Se a nação não tiver um forte compromisso com a Democracia a Constituição é a ferramenta que garantirá a sua prática e o seguimento da mesma. Assinatura da famosa Carta Magna na Inglaterra, Por João Sem Terra, quando se verificou pela primeira vez a imposição da vontade da comunidade ao poder do soberano, por um alto solene pode ser considerada a Primeira Constituição da História da organização política dos povos, pela qual se assinala um compromisso formal entre a realeza e a nação. Nessa época era forte o mando da realeza; no entanto a partir daí ela veio perdendo a força nas monarquias que adotaram a DEMOCRACIA."
- Quanto mais simples a Constituição mais duradoura ela será. / Constituição é uma lei Magna, devendo dirigir-se a toda a nação. Ai o perigo de ser detalhada. -

A Inglaterra, pátria-mãe da moderna Democracia, não tem uma Constituição escrita nos moldes convencionais. Para o povo Inglês sua Constituição está em todas as suas leis. Escritas ou não. A vontade nacional está acima de tudo. Os costumes podem até ser modificados por uma lei do Parlamento, mas jamais o serão se a nação assim não desejar. A dinâmica democrática está garantida, pois a sociedade inglesa tem a capacidade de facilmente adaptar-se ás novas situações e enfrentar a realidade conjuntural. A maior demonstração disso foi a sua capacidade de se recuperar do desgaste sofrido com a Segunda Guerra Mundial, continuando até os dias de hoje a ser uma economia estável e próspera, permanecendo entre os países mais ricos do mundo, propiciando um alto padrão de vida ao seu povo e uma posição de destaque no cenário mundial.
A Constituição Americana
Treze Colonias Inglesas se rebelaram no final do século XVIII com o propósito de fazerem a sua independência. Com esse objetivo, levantaram-se em armas e, assim que se sentiram livres do poder inglês, reuniram uma assembléia, promulgando em 1787 a Constituição mais famosa dos nossos tempos e que deu origem à maior democracia dos tempos modernos - A Constituição dos Estados Unidos da America.
O povo Americano cultura em alto grau as suas origens. Os primeiros colonizadores Americanos foram famílias que, perseguidas na Europa por suas religiões e seus ideais, procuraram o mundo novo para reconstituir suas vidas. Chegaram à América com suas tradições, suas culturas e suas leis. Para lá foram para fundar um novo mundo, um mundo de liberdade sem perseguições, onde pudessem ter suas religiões sem serem perseguidos pelo Estado. Onde pudessem se desenvolver sem a opressão de governos autoritários, pois estes é que são a desgraça do homem, e não os "tigres assassinos", como constatou Confúcio.
Como toda sociedade, a Americana também sofreu seus problemas, mas a sua democracia foi e é um exemplo para o mundo.(...)"
